MCC-Longview
Flights of Fancy features
dazzling mega kite displays by
the Kansas City Kite Club on
the picturesque lawn of the
MCC-Longviewcampus. It is
the only event of its kind in the
region. Throughout Kansas City,
individuals and families alike
are making MCC-Longview
Flights of Fancy "a definite" on
their Spring calendar.

The MCC FLights of Fancy kite festival is a free event for the community.
All proceeds raised through
this event help support the festival and will benefit the MCC Foundation, which provides needed
scholarships and funding for students at all five of the Metropolitan Community College campuses.

The Metropolitan Community College (MCC) Foundation & Alumni Association was founded in
1975. The Foundation supports the mission of MCC: Preparing Students, Serving Communities, Creating Opportunities.
As the nonprofit, fundraising arm of MCC, the Foundation serves over 43,000 students annually by addressing their financial and educational needs
